My mom always made these sandwiches growing up. Dave doesn't like them so I don't make them very much any more (sigh). Also another great way to use the panini maker.
Sorry, no pictures of perfectly styled food in a clean kitchen or on a set table. It's just a way to get all my favorite recipes in one place, and since half of them are spread out around the internet this seemed like a good way to go. Feel free to check what we've had for dinner this week.
